Health Benefits of eating Avocado

Among other benefits avocados do not contain any cholesterol or sodium and are low in saturated fat. They are also a rich source of antioxidants, vitamin E, plus a group of carotenes which are thought to help keep the eyes healthy. By eating avocados you are also at a lower risk of heart disease or stroke.

That being said i would love to admit that avocado was not on my list till 2 months ago but after reading about all of this benefits i decided to include it in my menu and now i eat it at least 2 times per week.
