Vegans more likely to suffer Broken Bones than Meat eaters

A study caried in Uk by the University of Oxford found that vegans and vegetarians peoples have more than double the risk of suffering a broken hip than meat eaters. In the study participated around 50,000 British people and those were tracked over two decades. The authors found giving up animal flesh weakens bones – and can trigger osteoporosis. This is one of the largest study made so far and more are about to come about the eating habits.
