What Beer does to your body
We all love beer, it is known that half a planet population admitted consuming beer at least twice per week. But beer, consumed in large quantities can have side effects for your body. Long-term use can lead to alcohol dependence and can cause many serious side effects, including: malnutrition, memory loss, mental problems, heart problems, liver failure, swelling (inflammation) of the pancreas, cancers of the digestive track, and others like baldness and abdominal growth in mans.
But it’s hard to give up beer, specially when you’re inviting friend over to a barbeque, i know this from my own experience and tough i have all this information in my brain i still drink 2-3 bottles each time we gather around the grill. And my friends as well.
There are also good outcomes from drinking small quantities of beer, for example is used for preventing heart disease and stroke .
It is also used to reduce the chance of death from heart attack, for preventing decline of thinking skills later in life, like Alzheimer disease , and for many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses. So the advice stays the same, drink it in small quantities and avoid to consume more than 150 ml each day.
